MP2L2 Codec Problem In Camera Sound Recording

When I select at the Camera Cettings Recording audio codec - MP2L2
I hear strong interference even recording and direct viewing through the NVR
But While I entered through the Internet IP address into the camera I can be heard well without interruption.
Only codec G.711 ulaw works good for me, in DVR recording ,direct viewing through the NVR entrance and over the Internet.

I prefer to use with codec - MP2L2 because the quality.
How to solve this problem that codec - MP2L2 work well with no noise even in NVR recording?

Try to enable noise reduction.

Unfortunately noise reduction activating does not solve the problem

So i prefer to search for an FW update for NVR. Propably it's decoder is broken.
Test to download some rec into files from NVR and play it in PC - check this.
