I've just tried to upgrade my DS-2CS4585 from 5.3.5 to 5.4.0. The camera has rebooted - I can ping and SSH to it, but the GUI isn't loading. The serial is WR. What should I do? Please help!

I've just taken delivery of a DS-2CD4585, and I can't seem to find 'Platform access' to hook up the camera to EZVIZ. Can anyone suggest why? It's on 5.3.5 build 151218.
