yep, playing with it i also realised that the Dahua cam was looking towards the west in the evening and it got more light which fooled the software. The old Foscam was looking towards the South and did get much less light that time and it autoadjusted better. Funny thing is that Dauha has 10...

Dahua should fine tune the default settings, as mine above is the defaults and this shows something like the old Foscam works much better in low light conditions. Lets hope its just a software question and Dahua guys fix it with the next firmware release
