    Hikvision Removed From US GSA Sales

    We have not yet run the firmware modification report, I am still trying to confirm that the modified firmware can actually be installed/used on a camera. If anyone has had success with that I'd be interested to hear about it. As for the backdoors, I have not poked around with current Hikvision...

    Yes, generally speaking our reports are only available to members. For this one, I intend to cover more of the business/market impact side of tools like this, not so much a "how to" on modifying firmware. Thanks for the link, I will check that one out too.

    Has anyone gotten repacked/converted firmware to successfully load on a camera? If so, please post details of the camera and firmware version, I am trying to test this for an IPVM report. Thanks!
