IR lamp for Dahua Fisheye ipcam

But I have used the Dahua Fisheye outside with full daylight. Images are normal even if it can also see IR in the remote control. IR lamp for Dahua Fisheye ipcam

I tested the dahua fisheye. It can see the remote control IR led at both black and white/night mode as well as daytime mode. While other normal Dahua cameras (bullet, dome with IR lamp) I tried won't see the remote control IR led at daytime mode. So what IR lamps can work with the dahua fisheye...

    violet tint in video

The violet tint above doesn't appear if I chose Colorfull in the Day & Night setting in the Image setting of the Dahua. The Colorfull mode prevents any night mode and black and white IR. If I chose Auto..and the IR turns on at nighttime.. when it return to daylight color, the bluish tint appears...

    Fried POE in ipcam

Have you experienced this personally? According to Alpinewatch "The connector feeds the INPUT of the POE circuit in the camera. I can't see how the POE circuit itself would be damaged." For him, even shorting the pin while power on won't damage the circuit itself. Anyone here actually repairing...

    Fried POE in ipcam

Did water damage it by water getting directly into the circuit.. or water just shorting the pin in the pin socket in the cable outside?

    Fried POE in ipcam

But the 3 still work perfectly using 12 volts adapter and cat5 connected to the NVR. So the water selectly damage only the POE circuit?

    Fried POE in ipcam

    My cat5 lan pin assignment is T-568B with the following color codes (see also http://www.pssurvival.com/PS/Electronic/Reference/Cat5_Wiring_Color_Codes_2004.pdf) pin1=white-orange pin2=orange pin3=white-green pin4=blue pin5=white-blue pin6=green pin7=white-brown pin8=brown...

    Fried POE in ipcam

But when I use 12 volts adapter and direct LAN, it works perfectly.. what pins in the RJ45 would be the culprit.. why, even if it gets wet.. it shouldn't destroy the circuit?

    Fried POE in ipcam

Does anyone have a similar fried dahua ipcam poe circuit? Or is it just the cable? And it's DC and low ampere.. what part of the 48 volts to 12 volts circuit component is damaged?

    Fried POE in ipcam

I have 3 Dahua bullet cams 2Mp and 3Mp.. they got wet in rain with water reaching the plugs with POE 48V from NVR running and they no longer work. However when I use 12 volts adaptor on the ipcam 12v plug.. it works. So which part of the circuit got damaged? the POE module? What part is fried or...

    25 meters voltage drop 12 V

Do you know why bigger gauge wire would result in less voltage drop (in terms of electron propagation)? And why when I enter 2 ampere instead of 1, the voltage drop is more. Thank.

    25 meters voltage drop 12 V

Here are the results: Voltage drop: 4.21 Voltage drop percentage: 35.08% Voltage at the end: 7.79 So will the camera run at 7.79 volts instead of 12Volts?

    25 meters voltage drop 12 V

Hi, I have dahua ipcam and I need to connect power 12 volts adapter power via 25 meters Cat5 Lan (not POE). How much voltage drop will occur? The camera requires 12 Volts and 0.5 Ampere. If voltage drops becomes 7 Volts at the end.. would the camera still run? Thanks.
