Any chance of adding this camera to the list of supported cameras ??

new to all this i have 2 Vstarcam model Hi3518e which i have setup presets in the app EYE4 within the app the presets work the cameras are working fine in Blue iris can pan tilt etc but have read the help file but just cant get the camera s to use the presets i ve also got 2 cammy c-130 cameras...

my partner and myself both have our phones connected to blue iris it shows them as being inside the geofence but i m still getting emails when we move ..how can i set this up so it only sends alarms per email when we re out of the house also has anybody in the uk on vodaphone got the sms alarm...
