I don't have combine and cut set on any of the cameras. :( Also when I hover over the clip it will play the length of time that UI3 says and not the clip length. So if it says 1:10:10 it will play that 1 hour clip as you hover over the clip.

Here is what's happening to me now. Not sure when this started. The clip lengths are not showing the correct durations. I'm on BI 5.3.2.11. All these clips are under 1 minute.

So after further investigation I had External checked under alerts and had unchecked everything for testing. So after checking both ONVIF and External on alerts the tracking stopped working. Unchecked External and it's working as it should.

I can't get the auto tracking to track longer than 15 seconds. I can change it to other values using IE 11 and they show up as changed but any tracking it does will only last the default of 15 seconds. Any ideas?

So what were the settings that he changed that you thought were the opposite? Just curious and I realize that different lighting may change things but would be nice to get some actual feedback on what settings were being changed.

Had the 59225 and auto tracking does not work well at all. Just got the SD49225XA-HNR and it is so much better and has a better sensor.

I use RDP and always get live audio from BI Live View. Maybe check your RDP settings.

I have that same setting in the schedule tab. But I have changed the PTZ/Control to Dahua New V4 and mine always returns to the preset indicated in the schedule tab.

In the video config change the camera type to Generic/ONVIF, stream to H264, and RTSP port to 554.

I have a 59225 which should be the same as far as the PTZ part goes. I have found that under V5 that the ONVIF profile under the PTZ tab works better that V4 did for me. Now I get nice quick small motions that don't lag like they did in V4. Have you tried that profile?

You HAVE to put your computer on the same subnet as the cameras or it won't see them. There is nothing wrong with the cameras on this regard.

I'm having the same issue on my Tab S and Tab S2. Have to use TinyCam Pro. I've sent some bug reports in but no reply or fixes yet.

Post your configuration settings for Video. Also post your Encoding settings from the camera itself.

Just loaded it up and at first glance I see they have added a PTZ function under IVS. Had been wanting that! Also it looks like when you go to presets it zooms in or out as it's moving so when you get to the preset it's already at your focus.
