Been away from BI for a while and updated to the latest stable version. What am I missing, as I can no longer see the option to show / hide hidden cameras?

Really not interested in seeing the clips to the right of the cameras in the APP. How do I turn that off? I'm sure it's somewhere in BI on the computer but can't seem to find it.

Anybody have a link for huisun mini ptz bullet ip camera schematics? Camera tracks too far to the right and not far enough to the left. I think the gear assembly is not installed correctly or misaligned. Not worth sending it back and would like to attempt it myself. Anybody?

What I would be interested in is a way to (at a certain time), move to a certain preset and then at another tome move back to the original preset. For example, during office hours front door is monitored then after hours, it moves to a different preset. Then at say opening hours, it moves back...

Getting crashes after 4.3.9.4 every couple of minutes. Reverted back to 4.3.9.0.

I have a V2 that uses different ports. Try RTSP port 34567 & Discovery 8999, camera type ANRAN, PTZ Control IPC/CantonK.

My alerts stopped working after 4.3.03

Log in with your web interface and see what ports it is using. On two of mine, they use different ports.

Having the same problem with push notifications. Using the test button, I get a text on my phone but when I walk through the area, I get no alert and that's with both sliders all the way to the left...... .

I'm sure it's the CPU since prior I was running a box with an AMD FX-8320 eight core processor and wasn't getting the performance I get with the I7 4790K.

Might be a bit of overkill but it does run darn fast!

4 @ 1080P the rest 3MP. I7 4790K, 32Gb RAM, Windows10 x64, Cooler Master heat sink and 4 120mm fans. I also run a FTP server and PLEX video server on this machine. Frame rates all at 15 FPS

Similar setup, runs @ 25-30% with 12 IP cams

I also run Malewarebytes on my BI server and haven't had any issues.

Solved my issue of high CPU usage and freeze ups-----motherboard was failing. Replaced and no more freeze ups and CPU usage down to 35%. Windows 10x64, Intel 4790, 32Gb Ram.

Tried that, no good still have various camera freezes and very high CPU usage. I7 4790 32gb ram so the PC is high end

Going back to 4.1.9.2, too many camera freeze ups and cpu rises to +70%. Will wait until bugs are out.

No issues here. Upgrade went smoothly. This software just gets better and better...... Now to figure out how to use this new feature. Anyone want to explain in layman's terms?

Brian, BI x64 ran flawlessly up to the 4.0.0.22 and I was blaming the upgrade. Then started to experience long boot up time which shouldn't happen in a bare bones x64 setup. Next came intermittent freeze-ups and then would just shut down. Finally wouldn't start-up and I couldn't even get into...

Rebuild done! Windows 8.1 x64, AsRock Extreme3 MB, AMD FX8320 8 core 3.5GHz, 16GB RAM, 8 IP Cameras and 4 Analog. 6 IP cameras record direct to disk and 2 re-encoded all h264. Max CPU load 32%.

Problem solved, my motherboard was failing. Nothing to do with BI.

Anyone else having this problem with the latest update? Runs about 5 minutes then crashes.

Understand it's still scheduled to be released by years end.
