Anyone else having this problem with the latest update? Runs about 5 minutes then crashes.

My ver 4 x64 has been fine until today . Installed 4.22 and had an unexplained restart about an hour ago. Only one though so far.

Mine updated to v22 x64 at some point yesterday. It still seems fine since I'm still able to access it remotely from the Android app.

Rebuild done! Windows 8.1 x64, AsRock Extreme3 MB, AMD FX8320 8 core 3.5GHz, 16GB RAM, 8 IP Cameras and 4 Analog. 6 IP cameras record direct to disk and 2 re-encoded all h264. Max CPU load 32%.

What version are you running now? You might want to try running the 32bit version...if you are not having memory issues in BI3 there is no benefit in running 64bit...otherwise if you insist on 64bit and you are having crashes you need to email support because most of the crashes have been resolved. You should include information on the error code you get or info in event viewer.

Brian, BI x64 ran flawlessly up to the 4.0.0.22 and I was blaming the upgrade. Then started to experience long boot up time which shouldn't happen in a bare bones x64 setup. Next came intermittent freeze-ups and then would just shut down. Finally wouldn't start-up and I couldn't even get into the BIOS so it seems the MB just died on me. Old MB is under warranty until 2016 so got a RMA for it and sent it back today. At least now I'll have a spare MB.
