I am having this same problem too with my 7608NI-E2/8P running version v3.4.3 with the desktop software iVMS-4200 running version v2.5.1.7

So disgusted that 3.4.80 has not been released for the US market. It would be so nice to simply go through motion events right on the timeline like Dahua does. Considering updating my firmware to non US 3.4.80 but I feel like it's going to only make things worse.

While using iVMS, is there any way that I can have whatever motion area that set off the motion detection to be highlighted during playback and while watching live? I'm getting many false motion detection evens and I can't even tell where they're coming from.

After adding a NVR for the first time or re-adding an existing NVR to my iVMS software on Windows, all of the cameras show up as "IPCamera1_nvr", "IPCamera2_nvr", "IPCamera3_nvr" etc, and I have to manually go into the software and rename each to match what the camera's already have programmed...

Newer firmware which has not been released yet for the US market, which screws those of us who decided to pay a little bit extra and buy the authorized US products so we don't have to deal with these kinds of problems in the first place.

This Christmas we upgraded to a Hikvision system. Had already returned the doorbird by that time. I remember that the doorbird could only handle streaming to one phone at a time. Would this cause the MPEG feed to the NVR to be dropped if you were viewing the feed on your phone at the same time?

I originally thought she came out with a shotgun. Then I realized that it was a KID. Why would you bring a child into that kind of situation?

Praying that this stuff might come to the US market some day. It seems like Europe is way ahead of the US as far as doorphones and VOIP in general. I would love to have that plastic doorphone on the front of my house integrated right into my Hikvision system.

Looks like the fix requires using non USA firmware. This is simply not something I wan to get into. I bought my unit from a legitimate US Distributor so in case I run into trouble, I would get support. Last thing I want to do is start messing with firmware. Unfortunately this has ruined...
