It is an odd shape; I have only really found the tool that it comes with works well.

This one here. It seems to lock the swivel of the part holding the camera and the camera itself.

You need the hex key tool it came with; there is a little silver set screw in the base that locks the camera head in.

Well apparently I was too quick to think this was anything other than standard NPT fittings. It is 3/4" NPT. So I just needed a bushing to reuse one of the 1/2" cable glands I have.

Does anyone know what type of fitting fits the junction box that comes with the IPC-HFW7442H-Z4-X? The hole appears to me 24mm, so it doesn't look like a 1/2 or 3/4" conduit male adapter is going to work.

Cool, sounds like some reasonable improvements. Have you tried the ALPR on it yet? I found the configuration for that a bit odd; I'm on a small residential road so I'm not sure the concept of lanes really is going to work.

What types of things did the new firmware fix/add? I haven't tried yet; did Andy recommend that? I'm not sure if he has different firmwares.
