Yes, the card is in the camera. I can view the files via the web UI just fine, but not download the videos. I haven't tried taking out the SD-card and putting it in a reader, since this is not an acceptable solution (and it requires a ladder every time). The file sizes are fine at about 200MB...

Because it will be bought locally in China. So your chinese region NVR works with your english region cameras? But that shouldn't work, should it?

I'm thinking of buying a DS-7104N-SN/P, but since it's chinese it won't work with my region-changed 3332's. So question is, how do I change the region code of the NVR?
