I will need to borrow a friends I pad to see if that works. I am wondering if maybe the data stream is large and being blocked by a provider? Kind of odd it is the only camera stream I cant see but it worked before.

Running iDMSS plus app on my IPHONE X. I am connected to the NVR and can see all of my other cameras but my PTZ does not show up. I have a monitor connected directly to the NVR and can see the PTZ is connected and I can see the video stream.

Just remember when using a box system you still need to run wire that they may or may not supply. The wire you get in some of the box systems is not always the best stuff. Why not go (a la cart) ... When you break down the cost difference now a days IMHO it really is not worth going with boxed...

I had to reprogram the 3 channels , set passwords , etc. I think when I applied theses settings it may have refreshed the WAN IP. I will now let it sit for 2 hours and see what happens. Will post back in a few hours to let you know.

Yes it is .... It is almost as if the server is blocking my router from pulling the IP. I am stumped ! I just downgraded firmware on the router and the same thing is happening. Even if i put an old router in place it does the same thing. So frustrated!

here is a screen capture from my router , look at the bottom right . When you set it to automatically establish IP from WAN it pulls everything over.

I reset the router back to factory defaults and it still pulls in a 2 hour expiration from the ISP DHCP server.

When the lease expires the router will not obtain the new IP from the ISP unless I shut off WAN and turn it back on or reboot the router. The other thing i find very odd is when i shut off the ONT unit and leave the router on the IP will reestablish in the router. almost seems like the verizon...

Yes IMO. If a hard drive fails I got back up. If the NVR has a hiccup and did not record to the HDD it will pull in the missing data from the SD card.
