alright, i finally got it working. the hardest part was getting the camera activated with SADP tool. weird that the program refused to work though. then i had to use MS Edge to directly log into the cam's ip address to configure everything. Firefox didnt even work.

happy to say i got it working now with my NVR as seen here still no go on VLC and that's fine. also got it working with HomeAssistant but only to view. no way to get noise nor PIR alerts

i use this Win10 program ONVIF Device Manager it found all my ONVIF cams and IPs automatically. it lets me view the cam's live view as seen here but VLC and NVR still cannot. i have tried user id of "WeEye" too. no luck.
