I contacted RCA support and they believe it I contacted RCA support, they believe I had a defective camera. I just installed the replacement. Hopefully, I will no longer run into that problem. Only time will tell.

The problem came back this morning. Any one else run into this issue? I wonder if I got a defective camera. When you go into the memory card on the app it shows "abnormal" I have been able to re-initialize the card.

Because on wifi, you are on your network and can get to the internal IP. When you use cell data, you are on another network. If you want to be able to view BI when you are on cell data, I would suggest that you create a VPN instead of opening a port for BI.
