I just deleted the adapter in Device Manager and things are a lot better. Roll Backup wasnt an option. on reboot it reinstalled the same driver; and everything just works now; CPU us back to normal. The BI Update Helper Performance page looks identical. Maybe a corrupt driver?

Looks like my Intel Display Driver was updated on 8/3/2020 to version 26.20.100.7642. Maybe I can roll it back

Well I had a good run, 4 months of great performance 30% CPU utilization 800+MP, 17 cameras. great system i7-8700 CPU. Then this last month happened. Plagued with 100% cpu issues. There has been no changes with the exception of any windows updates. Here we go again. Anyone in the same boat?

Thanks, it was a lot easier than I thought. I didn't realize you can only see the plates in the console (not in ui3 or the app). Super easy to setup, but I can imagine on a busy street that 2500/mo free lookups will burn fast. I did 51 lookups in a few minutes.

I setup plate recognizer, but I must have something wrong. How can we debug to determine what is going on behind the scenes. Any step by step setup recommendations. I.e. minimum size of plate..etc..

This just maybe a lost cause. I'm not willing to disable ssl over push notifications. I think this app is due for a makeover, just as they have done with the main web UI.

Yeah I don't know about homseer casting a stream url. That's a it quite different than what we are discussing on here, using blueiris app to cast natively. You might want to look at how the tiny camera app works with blueiris, and try that with homeseer as that should be a stream.

Are you running the blueiris app on your ios or android? we are casting direct from the app; so there is no file types here.

Yeah I never had the VPN in my set up, but you did figure something out. Can you give us the 2 screenshots of your websettings as i did above, or just the details. Also are you android 8.x or 9.x?

Can you post your setup? So essentially you can't use SSL and get animated Alerts (as you can't use Stunnel)?
