I am getting the same issue with the service not running properly. Then from that point forward, unless I reboot, I can start it up without getting that error. My problem is now I am not getting any camera feeds as well on all 12 cameras. All the information is correct, as nothing as changed...

11 cameras total of various kinds. One is just a PI camera just doing MJPG stream... and I kid you not I have rebooted that system umpteen times as well as the network and as I am typing this I looked over and after 22 hours the just all came back on. Which still does not give me a warm fuzzy...
