I've tried UI3 and it's just using 720p with the slow-transcode, even when using it on the Blue Iris PC. I've been able to export with Blue Iris itself on the PC but I've been trying to figure out how to do it on the phone.

I'd like to use the Blue Iris app to view. Everything is connected to my Asus router that has OpenVPN support. Since Internet is blocked via the router it still won't let me view the cameras via the VPN although I'm able to log in the Asus router remotely.

I'm not sure how to go about doing this.. I've tried to disable everything within Windows Firewall but then the cameras went out too.. I'd just like to view them remotely via OpenVPN with the Asus router without someone else being able to get in the system and view the footage.. Thanks!

Just wanted to update and say it was downloading fast on the Blue Iris PC one time, the next two times it was slow-transcode even while on the Blue Iris PC. I don't know what the problem is.. Not a big deal, just wanted to report back just in case the additional information is helpful.

Just checked the camera's web interface and they're all H.264H. I don't know what's wrong. I'd just like to use UI3 to download in 4K.

Any idea why it's not downloading the file quicker then? And it's only downloading it in 720p, not 4K. Do you think we might see an update eventually where we can type in or click a day and choose a time and see the footage from that time?

How do I get UI3 to export footage using "Native" mode instead of "Slow Transcode"? I'm pretty sure the video is stored in BVR.
