So what I did on the app was under the LAN section in the program, I entered that information (192.168.1.168:8585) in the LAN section of the app. As for the WAN, I entered the WAN information that is blanked out in blue from ngrok (XXXXXX.ngrok.io:8585) I'm not sure if I did it correctly but...

I think I know why it's not working... Just noticed this under the WAN - DDNS section... "The wireless router currently uses a private WAN IP address. This router may be in the multiple-NAT environment and DDNS service cannot work in this environment."

So I have no issues logging onto openvpn when I'm on wifi/my network using my android phone. However when I switch off my wifi, I cannot connect to openvpn as it says "waiting for server". Any idea what I need to do to fix this? Currently using a asus ac68u - firmware 3.0.0.4
