    Yeah you'd want h.264 ideally. It's much more efficient on bandwidth (especially if you're remote over a cellular connection) and can achieve higher frame rates.

    Before you do anything else, make sure you disable UI3 on webserver options tab in BI, as mentioned above. I spent an hour earlier trying to figure out why my Tinycam stopped working and that was the reason. I started another thread on it.

    Tried on i7-6700. Issue is not resolved in that driver - CPU eventually pegged at 100%.

    CPU usage creeping up slowly

    I just moved my build from a Haswell i7 to a Skylake i7 and was experiencing this issue. The recommended driver version has be fixed CPU levels where they should be (went from 100% to 30-ish). Thanks a ton to those who figured this out and shared the solution!!!!
