Anyone who uses Hik-connect ever had all of your cameras disappear from your account?

My mechanical chime rings and all of the phones on my account so as well. You are right, they do not have anything similar to Ring’s WiFi chime that I can see.

Weirdly I can log in to the cameras through my computer that is wired for Ethernet but no devices that are WiFi.

No default. I had to set up the password upon activating. I’ve been using the same passwords since I installed them. Hope I’m not hacked! They are 3mp low light turrets.

hey guys, Suddenly I am unable to log in to my cameras. It shows that the passwords are wrong on all four. Any ideas on what to do before I get kicked out completely? I have no idea why the passwords are not correct.

I have had a few hiccups with this one so far but nothing terrible. It’s nive recording to microsd and NVR.

Any idea if an mjpeg url is the same for a WiFi device? I can’t seem to get the doorbell to stream to my home panel.

The view with the porch light off, there is distortion and a weird mark in the middle of the lens. Turn the porch light back on and the mark in the middle stays for a while. After about twenty minutes, the spot goes away if the porch light stays on.

Without the porch light on, it’s impossible to see because it looks just like the picture above. Interestingly enough, the doorbell does ring. However, it’s causing the door chime to buzz slightly. Also, the camera feed has a weird sound, sort of like interference.

Sorry if this is a rookie question what should the three megapixel ultra low light turret camera wash out faces like this? I have messed with some of the settings but I’m not very good with that yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just installed my Turret. Very happy with the night picture. The day picture is slightly worse than the 4mp it replaced but Night was more important to me. Also, the microsd card slot was a nice addition.

anyone picked this device up? I downloaded the app to see what it looked like and it is identical to the iVMS app. It picked up my Hik Canberra’s easily. Wondering if that means the stream from the doorbell will show up with the rest of my cameras.

Does anybody have any idea why I would get this error when trying to delete cameras or turning off alarm notifications in iVMS 4500? Failed to get the push token.

I guess the better question would be is there a way to force the camera to reset?

The IP address I used is my external IP address. It is set to static. I'm guessing I change to dynamic and request a new ip? Sorry, I'm not great with network stuff.
