Interesting, when I install the plugin, live video stops working for me totally.

did u have to install the "webplugin.exe"

So now live works with workaround, but I cant download the images from the "search" area from my memory card. Anyone else have this issue?

All great info so far! I was going to put the turret on the side of the column and aimed same way as the ANPR so I'm thinking with two cameras, there will be solid IR output at night to see the area at night.

I've read through a bunch of posts and seems to be common knowledge that bullet's have better performance (generally) than turrets. I have a few areas turrets seem to be a better form factor. I'm curious what real world tradeoffs are for the latest models? Thank you

I would like to mount another camera next to my ANPR on the top surface of the column. Right now the ANPR is zoomed in for car license plate so my companion camera will be to monitor people walking past. It would have to be slightly angled down as the column is high and the road is downhill...

I have the 237 and cant for the life of me find where to see the speed (mph) of vehicles. Is that a feature that was advertised but removed?

I'm running this version but the license plate recognition even on "north america" is pretty inaccurate still.

I assume they would die individually rather than as a group though right?

I have 8 or so of the IPC-HDBW4431F-AS wedge cameras. On two of them the IR leds have stopped working. I do hear the cameras go into "night" mode with a click. Just no IR. Wondering if there is a known issue or fix I might try. Thank you!

I just wanted to follow up on this. I found that there was a major issue with the SAS controller that was greatly limiting the write/read speed of the drives after a certain period of time. I replaced the controller and all is well. Thank you for your help.

So for testing I've removed AV completely from the system and running this graphics driver version: 23.20.16.4973 I tested a recently recorded (after changes) video and the problem persists. Curious if you had any other ideas, wondering maybe if it's something on the recording settings but...

Using BI4 when opening a clip the initial play (from 0:00) will play fine. When seeking to a time in the clip it lags really hard, maybe 30-40 sec then plays from the timestamp unreliably. I'm aware that it is an overallocation, not sure what contributes to its calculating that. All my recording folders (new/stored/alerts) are 5850gb total with a 8tb drive (7.27tb) usable. The only data stored on this drive are the blue iris folders. Now it shows -4.36TB in red.

My combine and cut is 4gb and 8hrs, I've never checked so I assume this is the default setting. I also have this warning which I'm trying to figure out.

How often does BI check the folders to delete based on usage? My BI is not clearing out the folder.

I was able to successfully set my first few cameras as YES+VPP for hardware decoding. Now I have 10 cameras setup and all of them (even the first 3) say "NO" even when I save them as "VES+VPP". Tried to set it globally in setting but cant save the individual cameras as DEFAULT either. Tried...

Ghosting went away with NR turned off, tried upgrading to latest firmware, still have it bad. Is this just a fact with ip cams?

I recently bought a HDBW4431F-AS that I've only setup using the web gui. I've noticed that I have really bad ghosting/tearing when I view the camera in live view. Only turning off 3d NR seems to help but the picture is really unusable. Any ideas what I could try or am missing?

Have you enabled direct to disk recording? That helped my CPU usage a lot.
