I am not able to delete. When I try I get a Blue Iris 4 InstallShield Wizard error (-5005 : 0x80070002)

I have been running BI5 since it released but I never removed BI4 from my PC. Is there any reason BI5 didn't remove it during install? Is there any reason to still have it installed? Can I remove it?

When I try to update Blue Iris the download is stopping just short of fully downloading. Restarting PC didn't help.

Yes. None work with the updated camera. The camera is working, I can see it in Blue Iris.

My other cameras are now working with the IE tab again but still not the the camera with the new firmware.

I removed IE Extension and then added it back. Not sure what I did but now I can't see any of my cameras in the browser.

Updated one of my cameras firmware and I can no longer see the video feed in the browser. My other cameras that have not been upgraded can still be seen with the IE Extension. I have also tried the Pale Moon browser. What can I try?

I have 2 cameras on the UI3 interface that have image thumbnails instead of the typical numbers (1-20) in the PTZ section. How did they get there and how can I remove them?

It seems all the video feeds in UI3 are H264. Is there a way to select a H265 Feed?

I see ECHO is still in the Camera Setting but I'm not sure what it still does. I know Ken talked about making an Alexa Skill but I haven't seen one.

I did the Database—>Repair/Regenerate and then Database—>Run maintenance . Files are now being moved to the Storage folder. I hope it's fixed and stays working. Thanks for the quick responses and all the help.
