It is a hikvision NVR though so dont think that'll work. And that camera doesn't look very trust worthy at all I've never heard of it. But who am I to say if this was ordered with a description on a site that is false.

Yeah in the PTZ Configuration screen that is not there. So I am assuming the model does not have it as it was advertised to have it. Unfortunately it is installed on the home already and thus I may have issues being able to return it now.

Here's the feature on the description. I'm gonna try to call hikvision tomorrow if nobody here can help.

Is there a way to automatically rotate through the cameras when viewing full screen on iVMS? Want to leave the cameras up on my screen one at a time but have them switch back and fourth. Thanks

I've used those firmware updates but cameras are still being reset. So no.

Same problem here and a dumby question but need to start somewhere: How do I disable port forwarding on the hikvision cameras in IVMS? I have one of my cameras that keeps factory resetting because of the hack. Also mentioned about setting up a VPN. How can I go about this? Thanks ahead
