On my NVR I have enabled the Channel-zero stream which combines all camera feeds into a single streamable source. You may be able to avoid any performance issues by just embedding that stream into the browser.

The reduced Noctua fan may be sufficient under some conditions because I would imagine that the Delta fan was selected to provide adequate cooling during full load on the PSU (ie. power the unit and the additional 130W for POE). Assuming the engineers didnt just throw any random large fan at it...
