    Figured it out. The lights on the part of the POE+ switch have not been lighting up when I plugged in the cams I have a problem with I had another POE switch, TP link ------------It worked and we are now able to configure Works great

    I've tried the Dahua config tool probably 20 different times and come up with nothing I have tried to locate the cameras with two different port scanners and won't locate them Next try will be to try a different poe switch Thus far the cameras are dead
