Hey Everyone, After working with Ken the temp work around seems to be to turn H.264 HW Decode to No. CPU doesn't seems to be going crazy and ghosting is gone not that I am not re-encoding. Hope this helps someone in the future. Thanks Terry

I can access the camera from both the webapp and BI interface and never loose the feed it just won’t record using direct only with re-encoding. I would just leave t like that but I am getting ghosting. Thanks T

Sorry the port on the Foscam default on the 9900 is port 88.

Factory reset the Cam and just changes IP, User/Pass. Then I deleted the camera and re-added it with a new name. Only settings added was direct, IP:88 and find. Still not recording with direct only when re-encoding is on:(

Sure here they are. In the below you will see how I was not recording. The small slices are the different settings I tried until I turned it to re-encode.

So I changed it to Re-Encode from direct-to-disk and it works. The only issue with direct-to-disk is that I get artifacts hence why I am not doing it that way for any of the other 7 camera;s. Any idea's?

I checked the camera does not have that checked. I also tried both changing a working camera and deleting/adding a new one and same thing.

I have it set to continuous? Also sorry I am assuming the guys are busy but what is the best way to get a hold of support? I emailed them almost 10 days ago but no response yet. Thanks T

To add to that I have tried everything, RTSP, different stream rates, dropping it down to 720p. Nothing I cannot get this one out of 8 cams to record.

When you change the IP it stops the camera and then starts it. Once that happens I can see the stream but the recording just stops. Besides the camera being garbage I don't have a way of retuning it so I need to learn to live with it and find a way to fix the issue unfortuntily.

I changed the setting to match another camera and it worked. If I change the IP to the 9900 it stops :(

Hi Everyone, I just added a new Fiscal 9900 and for some reason it wont record contiously like my others do. It will record for 10sec and then stops. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks T

Hi Everyone, For some reason if I try and play back any video on my new Foscam 9900 BI crashes. I have 5 others camera's different models and they all work perfectly. I have tried many different changes but I cannot get it to work. Anyone have any ideas? I can watch it live just cannot...

Hi Everyone, I swapped out my camera last night from a Foscam 9800 to a 9900. I was then asked to upgrade to the latest firmware. Now if I try to play back the video on the 9900 it crashes BI. I used everything the same didn't even change the IP or username. The only thing I tried was RTSP...
