Interesting thought : The NVR will not let you set anything for the cameras. If you try to activate motion recording, you just get an error, or a "Not supported" error.

So far assigned a fixed IP address to the cameras via the Reolink app. You MUST also set the correct date and time in the Reolink App. I used an IP address in the range of my NVR. You can tell the NVR to manually record 24/7, but the cameras will NOT respond to any motion activated recording...

I have 2 PTZ cameras set up and recording motion only. This is working. When I assign patrol patterns to the cameras, the PTZ movement is picked up as movement and recorded. Is there a way to turn this OFF, but still record motion detect?

Ok think figured it out. Deleted everything. reset the schedule for motion only. Still recorded everything. Rebooted NVR. Now recording motion like I wanted... Go figure

Got her all working.... I like the line/perimeter tracking, camera also has several tracking modes where it will pretty much track anything in the current FOV.

Only when temp humidity is right do you see it in the day. Camera is only picking it up at night when the IR lights are on. Have tried turning on exterior lights at night and the fog disappears. pain cause this is where I primarily want the camera to look.

Yes this is also what I had thought, I will email Sunba again and have them clarify this. Also have to figure out how to stop the camera from talking when it see motion.
