i did redirection from external port XXXXX to internal 80, and ext. 37777 to int. 37777 and did not work then i changed to ext 80 to int 80, and kept ext 37777 to int 37777, and still did not work,

in case the product is damaged you should claim. if clips are broken then the product is with failure - replacemnt or money back. i suspect the sellers are buying from dahua the full containers with the cameras as is - they are buying with very low price without guarantee. producer is happy...
