Andy, I went into the Web UI for this camera and there is no "PTZ" set up option for presets like in my other cams. Something is flawed with this firmware.

I reflashed the firmware. I can now get an IVS set up but I cannot set any presets with it. PTZ works manually but I cannot set presets, tour etc.

Absolutely nothing for your camera. It is for "Fisheye" If you go to the main screen on the app and click on more it will have some options and one of them is "Help" it has a small guide and will explain what all the icons mean and what they do. It's kind of hard to find but it is helpful.
