This happened to me as well after I upgraded to 5.8.2.5 this morning. I also lost the ability to use the audio from camera #1 as the source for cameras 2 & 3. I have rolled back to 5.8.1.5.

I'm sticking with DeepStack. If CodeProject.AI ever supports the nVidia Jetson Nano I'd consider giving it a shot.

Things are looking a lot better this evening. It looks like is started doing real time processing this morning sometime.

Well I haven't seen any errors since 1239pm MDT. However my dashboard is not showing anything very recent. The last plate entry is at 2:56pm MDT.

My dashboard is showing a few more plates. I am now seeing plates through Oct 31 3:47:47 pm. I am still seeing intermittent 500 Server Error message in my downloaded plate retrievals.

They are still having issues. I'm getting downloads however they are not current. The information seems to be delayed by 30-60 minutes. Also, some pk values seem to be out of order based on the timestamp.

I run DS on a Nvidia Jetson Nano for two LPR cameras. I just upgraded to BI 5.5.9.6 and DS is still working just fine. I only use DS to remove the tree shadows that cause unwanted triggers. Does anyone know if SenseAI ever going to support the Jetson Nano?

I can now see recent image thumbnails on the dashboard. However I have data missing for almost 19 hours. From yesterday Jul 7 @ 5:58:06 pm until today Jul 8 @ 12:48:10 pm. I see nothing between these times in the dashboard or in advanced search. I'm not worried about it as I already had it...

I don't know how to fix it from our side. This seems to be an internal Rekor server issue. It also appears to be affected by the INT issue I mentioned above. If you look at entries online from yesterday the preview images stop at the same time that the downloader started having the issue...

I don't use the LPR system outlined in this thread. I rolled my own using Linux, Apache, mySQL and PHP. I was just sharing my findings from yesterday in hopes that it would help with this LPR system.

I saw something similar to this with my database yesterday when I was troubleshooting the issue. mySQL was setting every pk value that was above the max INT value to the max INT value of 2147483647, this caused the duplicate error messages for me and these rows were not imported.

As of 721a MT 04/10/22 I am not getting the 503 error anymore. I am seeing new plates on the cloud.openalpr.com dashboard. It doesn't appear that anything was uploaded to the cloud by the openalpr client between 04/09/22 11:47:09a MT and 04/10/22 07:21:00a MT.

Is any one else getting Server Error (500) when trying to access cloud.openalpr.com? I've been getting it for the last ~3.5 hours.

It's been almost a week now and the Jetson Nano is working fine with 2022-01-1 and BI 5.5.4.5. I am not running any custom models. I am only feeding it 2 LPR cameras during the day nothing at night. Response times are low to mid 200ms.

I just spun up a docker container with 2022.01.1 on my Nvidia Jetson Nano. Initial testing looks good. We'll see tomorrow morning when BI starts sending live video to it.

I tried using my 2GB Jetson Nano for OpenALPR but the client wouldn't stay running. I was feeding it 2 cameras -> 1080 @ 30fps. I'm not sure if it was the camera feeds or not. I didn't investigate too much, didn't seem to be worth the effort. So I now have it doing Deepstack for those 2 cameras.

On my linux box I have php script that is called by a cronjob every minute. This script uses the curl command to 'download' the deepstack homescreen to a text file. If the file is not created then it sends me a pushover alert. If it is created it gets deleted in preparation for the next run.

No it's not a traditional linux type device. I may have found a work-around though. I've turned it into a webserver that spits out a webpage with the lux value from the light sensor. I can read that webpage using cron from another server and then use wget from there to trigger the change.

Unfortunately neither wget or curl are available on the Arduino.
