Wow that did it! Thank you for your reply. I was always using the Camera settings to set the record schedule, as I had read somewhere that IVS needs to be setup on the camera itself. Thrilled to finally be able to watch footage easier.

Ok bringing this back up since I still haven't figured it out. All IVS tripwires are set, and they activate/flash when tripped as I view the Live image. Channel 1 is the only channel that will flag an IVS event. It now also only flags its own IVS events, not all events for all channels like it...

It worked fine connected to transformer in the past. And transformer still works with my dumb doorbell and mechanical chime. The house is only 16 months old so I doubt it has partially failed in that time. Another new issue is now I can't even get the DB11 added to any config tool or the NVR...

Thanks for the help. I did not get through the update. It lost its ability to power up sometime while sitting on my desk. I removed it because it would go offline every time the doorbell was rung. Video would cutout for 90 seconds and then come back online. Not the greatest feature. While...

I'm trying it out. My DB11 doesnt work all of a sudden with 24V. It works if I peel the sticker off the back and plug it in with a USB cord. How do we get warranty? Through Andy only?

Mine does this every single time the doorbell is rung. 1sec after it goes offline. Takes about 5 mins to come back.

I have not had any fog after the initial install and heat gun to clear it. We've had temperatures from +7c to -16c in that time frame. We are quite a bit drier here in Alberta than most.

Air temps have to be unequal to cause condensation. So the inside of the lens has warmer humid air, (assembled overseas, maybe not in a climate controlled chamber?) the outside ambient air is colder. Warming the lens gets rid of the fog and attempts to dry the air inside with the heat. Then...

I had condensation in mine too. We are below freezing here so I just warmed the lens area with a heat gun. Keep the air moving or use a hair dryer, it only took about a minute or two and hasn't come back.

Just got mine hooked up today and working. When the doorbell is pressed it chimes inside 10 times. Awesome with a dog...I can't seem to find a setting, I'd love to get down to a single chime like a normal bell. Link Chime>Ring Setup only seems to change the type of ring alert I get on my phone...
