Andy I recently bought 3 HDW5231R-ZE cameras from you.. When I try to set up IVS Rules the only option I see is Tripwire.. Aren't there suppose to be other options also? Thanks, Joe

ok.. I found the Version # for the 3 Cameras.. : 2.622.0000000.23.R. 2018-03-30

It only shows the Version for the NVR not the individual cameras..

When I open Setup then Event then IVS the only option under Rule Type is Tripwire.. Shouldn't there be more options?

OK.. so thanks to some of you guys I have my Dahua NVR and Cameras up and running.. I'm using Smart PSS on my computer and GDMSS on my phones.. I can receive alerts on my phone and am still fine tuning things.. I am using a new Asus Router with built in VPN and need to know how to make the VPN...

Yes.. that light does blink occasionally.. Looks like I have to figure out why the NVR is not listed as a device in the Router...

I have three cameras plugged into 3 of the 8 ports on the NVR and the cable going to the router is plugged into the other single port..

I assume that this is the IP address...
