All of the sudden one of my cameras is not showing up on Smart pss and the phone app and I'm getting a "Connection failed/login timeout" message.
What is the best way to troubleshoot this?

Andy I recently bought 3 HDW5231R-ZE cameras from you.. When I try to set up IVS Rules the only option I see is Tripwire.. Aren't there suppose to be other options also?

I am trying to set up IVS and Tripwire.. I don't have the option to "Save" (The screenshot is from another Thread) .. Mine just shows "Refresh" and "Ok"...

Fwiw... I felt the same way a couple weeks ago.. Between help from here and internet I've made serious progress.. Plus i have a better understanding of how it all works..
That's what I'm trying to figure out.. I have GDMSS on 2 phones and Smart PSS on my home computer and a laptop..
If I change the ASUS router to OPEN VPN do I still access them all the same way I do now?

OK.. so thanks to some of you guys I have my Dahua NVR and Cameras up and running.. I'm using Smart PSS on my computer and GDMSS on my phones.. I can receive alerts on my phone and am still fine tuning things..
I am using a new Asus Router with built in VPN and need to know how to make the VPN...

It looks like the PC is there but not the NVR...
