Here are the changes I have made that made everything 100% better. I set all cameras to 264H instead of the 265. This made all the fast travel smooth and with hardly any chop unless really fast. I also set blue iris up to intell+VPP and all cameras are also setup to Intel+VPP.

Ok I purchased this switch Zyxel 8port Switch 70w POE+ (GS1900-8HP) I left all the camera setting alone for this testing. I plugged in the cameras and setup the Switch. After 12hrs of recording on all 3 cameras the results are the same as the "OLD" switch. I'm not saying the new switch isn't...

So i would set Blue Iris to "Nvidia Cuda" in the "Cam Propeties" "Video" tab? Another thought/question is that my Cat6 UL 100% copper wcables run thru the attic and they do crossover several (4-6) electric 110v lines. Would this cause any problems, or would it be so small that it wouldn't matter??

The Switch is located in the garage on top of the cabinets. What I did was ran a Cable thru the house down the hallway from the switch in the garage to the PC (GREEN wire). The wire with the (RED X) is the one removed.

Blue Iris Live and Playback is Choppy or skipping

OK here is what I did that has helped the most. 1) I turned the FPS to 25 and the Iframes to 50 2) I lowered the Bit Rate to 1792 instead of 4096 There is a slightly noticeable glitch every so often. I'm not sure I solved the problem, just making it livable. What's next to try?

What would be a Good POE+ switch for 4 cams with a "Daisy Chain" ability?

The way I have it now is - PC plugs into my Router. From the Router a Cable runs thru the attic to the garage and plugs into the POE Switch #5 port. And the 2 cams plug into #2 & 3 ports. Is this correct for the "final" way? Not for testing things.

Blue Iris Live and Playback is Choppy or skipping

I have noticed that if the IFRAME is the same as the cam FPS that the "choppy frame" comes in shorter increments. If I put the cam FPS at 25fps and the IFRAME at 50FPS then the "choppy frame" is farther apart. I tried doing IFRAME at 100FPS and it was in less increment but was a harder "Choppy...

The Cams are set to 20FPS internally and BI says 20.10FPS Bit Rate 613.55kb/s I have noticed that if I raise the cams up to 25(max FPS) intenally and then adjust Blue iris it gets better, but the glitch is still there slightly.

Yes but how am I going to daisy chain to another switch? This switch has 2 input/output and 4 input POE+. You can Daisy Chain these. This is what i intended to do and put another one in my garage (buried cable) The way it is now one input is taken up by the PC and the other by the Router. No...

Do those cables seem like they would be fine??? I did a 20packet Ping to each camera with 0% Packet lose! Also, The Switch is a POE+ switch. The switch is in the attic where all the camera plug ends come to meet and they plug into the switch. Here is my setup now:
