No, the ceshi.ini file is easy, you can create it yourself or use my file in earlier post But for new firmware you have to conntact the support team email Maybe new firmware will fix your problem, maybe not

1. contact the email I posted for new firmware image 2. use the ceshi.ini file 3. scan for onvif on 8899 port (in my case)

what mobile app does it use? about the ceshi.ini file you just copy it over to the root folder of the sdcard, insert it into the camera, power up the camera, wait for like 3 mins, done

well I contact V380 tech team and they give me this "upgrade" just unrar and put in the root folder on SD card, power of the camera, insert SD card, turn on and wait for like 30sec but now I stuck in another problem: the RTSP link seem to auto disconnect every 1 min automatically
