I have the same one, DS-KB8113-IME1, and I just cannot figure out how to get it to call a mobile device when I press the button. The push notifications are on in hik-connect v4.18.0.0831 and the two way audio works, but the botton stubbornly just says "calling failed". What magic is required...

I reflashed mine; got my pwd fixed and got English console but I don't know why the client requests the wrong file most of the time and only asks for digicam.dav occasionally, so it's a time consuming process.
