ok guys. the cams are viewable on the app but only wheb im connected via wifi in my home network. how do i access them via the app over data, when at work for example?

i assigned those Ips. Where in the NVR menu can i see if they are static?

guys need yr help on this one. setup; 2 ip Dahua connected to poe switch / poe switch connected to LAN / Dahua NVR connected to Poe switch. NVR p2p keeps showing offline and i can't remotely view my cams on app, nor consults the cam individual by browsing 192.158.x.xxx what am i not seeing...

instructions clear. 1 up and running. second one gives me error (see pic). nvr and cam 1 different IP, so no conflict.

- nvr changed to 192.168.1.110 - cam in poe switch and resetted - cam became visible on configtool als 192.168.1.108 but 'uninitialized' - was not able to initialize via configtool - removed from poe switch - plugged into nvr but not showing - when entering manual adress: 192.168.1.108 error...

tried the reset way: no result NVR 192.168.1.108 even not visible via pc. SOS

manage managed to change the 192 IP cam to 192.168.1.107 (via ipconfig) but not showing in NVR. The 10.1.1 is nowhere to be found...

im gonna hold on to this idea. But i want to understand (and learn) from the settings part. What im i doing wrong, or not doing.

update: SD cards were recording but not showing in playback and nowhere to be retrieved. Asked @EMPIRETECANDY to send over an 4K NVR POE to bypass the SD issue. Again NVR was delivered within the week (kudos). Situation before NVR: 2 IP cams with adresses 192.168.0.108 and 109. Viewable in...

same here @fenderman , im receiving alerts in gdmss app (see screenshot) and then when i want to review it says: no recordings. Smart pss was running JPEG in playback but records not: "error net sdk returns error". Sensitivity is at 75 and treshold 15. We live in a street with max 30cars...

i just figured out both of my cams are not recording any video, but taking several snapshots and that's creating this slowmotion 'look a like' playback. On the smartpss playback i can't find any records, but over 2000 images (jpeg) What did i do wrong this time. :)
