I am using integrated graphics by design so that Blue Iris can use quick sync. However whenever i change the camera to Intel or Intel+VPP my camera goes blank. all my other video related programs see and use quicksync. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated. OS windows server 2016 CPU...
