I’ve had my cameras and NVR for over 3 years now. In the last week every time I click on a camera while in cellular data, it gives me the connection failed after trying to load. Works fine on my local WiFi. Must be something with the last update. Anyone know the fix for this?

I've got the older z12-e that's been up for 2.5 years that has some water intrusion. Emailed Andy about it and he said to take the camera apart and reseal it with silicone. He mentioned to pry the front cover off and I'd have to remove some screws to do the job. Was pretty vague about it so...

That makes sense. Do you have a link for an external POE or power supply? Maybe I'll just buy one and see if it makes a difference. I'm not really knowledgeable with these camera systems. If it's not too expensive, I'll give one a try.

How do I check the power supply? It's powered by POE through the cat5 cable. You're saying it's possible that the NVR isn't supplying enough power? It did seem to work fine before.
