So I had to setup onvif per above post instructions Then in Hik browser under Video/Audio make sure it says Video&Audio in the Audio type drop down. Lastly in BI Network IP Camera configuration make sure it discovery/onvif port is set to 80 and hit find/inspect and good to go!
