Anyone had problems using the Hik-Connect app with a 4g Router. On EE got 20 down 10 up but cant view in HD mode when on the Hik-Connect app All the latest firmware on back & front end... 3 x PTZs fine in SD mode but not viewable as pic is not clear enough in SD (sub stream)

PLEASE Help!!! Looked everywhere but can't see anyone with same problem... Hikvision NVR with 3 x PTZs, Huweai router with EE sim, 30down 20up locally everything is fine...... When I view the cameras via Hik-Connect in HD the picture locks/Freezes but only if connected to someone's WiFi., if...
