Hey - this (mostly) worked!! I'm not getting an FPS (and the 1080p MP appears to be working!) I did have to remove the "&proto=Onvif" code in the stream profile for it actually connect:

I don't recall ever rotating or changing the camera in the GUI (how can I tell?) I bumped up the buffer to 40MB. I'm not 100% sure what you meant by the "blank box". I was able to change the resolution to 1080p in the Amcrest settings, but the main FPS is still 0.

Yes - when I double click the camera (to make it full screen), it displays in full resolution. Note - it doesn't say "Main Stream" anywhere - but I'm certain that it is.
