3d positioning

Is anyone else having problems with the 3D Positioning feature in Blue Iris? Any recommended troubleshooting steps to try? I have the SD5A425XA-HNR from Andy @ EmpireTech and everything works great, when I am using the NVR I can drag a red box around the POI and it will center in on that box...
