How do I activate a VIVOTEK IB9360-H so that it is recognized by the HIKVISION DS-7604NL-K1-4P?

Hi all I had a pretty sweet set up before with multiple hiks 4mp and BI. Moved home and cant get them working. The IP has changed from a 192.168.0.** to a 192.168.1.** and the camera appears on Sadp then disappears. times out etc. I changed the IP of my network back to 192.168.0.** still same...

I have 5 hikvision cameras, and the most recent one I purchased deactivates every time I reboot. It doesn't retain any settings. I assume it's hardware, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had the same issue. After the reboot, I have to go through the activation process again. I've tried...
