I click the X to close BI, click yes that I'm sure I want to close, it shuts down the cameras, the window disappears for a second, then it just re-opens right away. Is this by design? How do I fix this?

I have setup a new machine with blueiris and multiple different cameras. They all record but only sometimes do they actually make a file that is playable, most times it creates a jpeg image and when I double click on it in the playlist it says "unable to open file" what could i be doing wrong?

Hi: My view had 2 time-stamps on the bottom and top right. I was able to delete the bottom one via the instructions in the help file but the upper right one does not become active with a right click or any other kind of click/delete. How can I remove that final time-stamp? Thanks, Bill
