    BI won't close!

    I click the X to close BI, click yes that I'm sure I want to close, it shuts down the cameras, the window disappears for a second, then it just re-opens right away. Is this by design? How do I fix this?

    Hi guys. This is a new error i am getting, i went through all of BI config on the server and i am sure i am missing where i can fix this issue. Does anyone knows how i can fix this?
