    ip address will not save in SmartPSS

    I have 16 DVR's (not NVR's) in SmartPSS. We recently changed our network configuration and therefore each DVR was assigned a new (static) ip address. I add each one either with Manual Add (by entering ip address, port, UN/PW) or by using AutoSearch. Either way, all the DVR's show up in the...

    lost my camera ip address

    I changed routers, and have lost one camera. I know the mac address and router wont find the ip when I map ip to mac address. Fing, a great andriod app doesnt find it. (it scans the subnet for devices) Im not sure the factory ip, but dont know how to reset it regardless. Any ideas? Its hard...
