I plan to replace existing T5442T-ZE with Color4K-X in 6mm, but I'm not sure if FOV will meet my needs. How to access camera remotely outside of home network for IPC-T5442T-ZE?
The camera records to SD card and I used the DMSS app to access the camera. I was away this week and found out that I couldn't view the camera outside of my home network. I found out there's a p2p feature. I enabled it and I still couldn't access remotely.- turtlecam

Will a Dahua IPC-T5442T-ZE send push notifications without an NVR or computer software like Blue Iris?
I know this is probably an incredibly stupid question…but will a Dahua IPC-T5442T-ZE powered by POE via a dumb POE switch (and a router connected to the internet) send push notifications (people/vehicle) and live stream to an iPhone via the DMSS app?
