We had a Hikvision DS-2CD6D54FWD-IZHS installed but we're only getting one camera view in our iVMS-4200 software. If I connect direct to our Hikvision switch / NVR I can use a browser and connect direct via IP address and see all 4 camera views but how can I get all 4 or at least 2 of those...
