how to see all views-multi cam camera with iVMS-4200

We had a Hikvision DS-2CD6D54FWD-IZHS installed but we're only getting one camera view in our iVMS-4200 software.
If I connect direct to our Hikvision switch / NVR I can use a browser and connect direct via IP address and see all 4 camera views but how can I get all 4 or at least 2 of those camera views using iVMS-4200?

Our camera's aren't on the same network LAN as our Pc's.

Are you using ivms on your mobile device?

On the mobile app, on the top right hand corner, click the camera icon, this then shows the device that is being selected, the 4 streams should be listed, select which streams are required (similar to selecting certain cameras from a nvr to view)
